Applications for St Charles Reception Class (2026)
All successful placements will be required to produce a completed Supplementary Information Form (SIF) along with:
- a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate
- a copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate (if applicable),
- a copy of TWO proofs of address (being used for this application) i.e. current Council Tax, gas, electricity or water bill or bank statement (less than 3 months old)

Parents are reminded they must complete a Common Application Form on the eAmissions website (by Thursday 15th January 2026) from the local authority they live in as well as a Supplementary Information Form for St Charles.
If the School does not receive notification from RBKC that you have completed the Common Application Form and included St Charles as one of choices, your child’s application cannot be considered by the School for a Reception place.
National Offer Day is Thursday 16th April 2026.
