Weduc and ParentPay at St Charles

At St Charles, we use two essential applications to make communication and payments as simple and efficient as possible for parents and carers:

  • Weduc (Reach More Parents) – our main communication platform
  • ParentPay – our secure online payment system

Weduc / Reach More Parents

Weduc, also known as Reach More Parents, is our primary tool for keeping in touch with families. It functions similarly to a social media app, featuring a newsfeed where our admin team shares important updates, announcements, and school news.

Through Weduc, you’ll also find forms for things like sports club sign-ups and other school-related activities.

Once your child is enrolled at St Charles, you’ll receive an invitation link to join Weduc. If you need any assistance with setting up the app, please contact our school office. We strongly recommend downloading the app and enabling notifications to ensure you don’t miss any important updates.

ParentPay

We are a cashless school – this means that we do not accept cash payments for things like uniform or trips.

 

As a result, all payments for uniform, trips, extra-curricular clubs, etc. should be made through your child’s ParentPay account. All children at St Charles have a ParentPay account which is generated once a child starts with us. It is incredibly important that this is set-up as soon as possible.

 

To activate your ParentPay you should use the code supplied by the school office. If you need help setting up your ParentPay or need another copy of your code, please come into the office and we are happy to help.
